AI Theme Park Vision Comes to Life

The project has expanded from the original concept and is still growing. I have received quite a few LOIs for the airport, hospital, hotels, apartments, restaurants, and the microgrid itself. These LOIs involve partners bringing their own capital to build their facilities on our land, and we retain a large percentage of equity in their business. This approach has eliminated the need for me to try to raise nine billion dollars, accelerated the timeline, and allowed us to retain a large percentage of equity.
